Embee Mobile Enhances Platform with IVR Capabilities
San Francisco, CA - September 6, 2012 - Embee Mobile (www.embeemobile.com) today announced that it has further enhanced its crowdsourcing platform to include Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capabilities with its partner, Sunoray.
With these IVR features, Embee can add voice-activated polls and surveys to the millions of existing users in its global community. Once the surveys have been completed Embee can instantly award the user free mobile airtime. This can all be done from any mobile phone to complete the survey without the necessity of a smartphone, dedicated client application, or Internet connectivity.
"Our core technology allows the power of voice to command and respond to questions," stated Rahul Arora, CEO of Sunoray. "Partnering with Embee Mobile expands our thinking about how IVR technology can be deployed with an innovative company." "The speed and ease to get users to complete surveys and drive data collection has always been our driving mission for the company," said Russell Tillitt, CEO and co-founder at Embee Mobile. "Extending our ability to capture voice responses enables us to further our robust platform."
